Why: I think when you see this lineup, you might know why I picked it. Yes, Res­i­dence A. I’m hav­ing with­drawals, okay? Any­way, they’re back in town, this time back­ing up Aussie party rock­ers The On Fires who are in the midst of tour­ing around this fair coun­try with This Town Tour­ing. This is set to be a big night, since it’s the final night of their tour, as well as the birth­day of one very spe­cial and hard­work­ing friend of the scene — Ruby over at Bei­jing Daze, who’s also been work­ing along­side TTT to help these kids get around China. In fact, I believe she’s on the road as we speak… But meta aside, this show will be awe­some. The bands all rock, and it’s going to be one hell of a show.

Yugong also hosts adorable indie pop duo Agnes Kain from Aus­tralia on Sun­day @ 9PM, 120/80RMB. For some­thing a lit­tle more down and dirty, hit up 2 Kole­gas for The Argies, an Argen­tin­ian ska group which promises to be a rockin’ good time, 10PM, 60/50RMB.
